Ruby is a 2-3 year old female English Bulldog. She came to us from the stray system where she struggled with kennel life, sadly due to this it took her a few days to settle down and start showing her true colours.
Ruby is a total love bug and loves nothing more than belly rubs and cuddles. When she first arrived in Foster she was reactive to other dogs, but since then we have had her around other dogs and she has shown that with correct introductions.
She is fine around them, but I think she would be best suited to a home where she is the only dog as she deserves all the fuss she can get.
Whilst Ruby is good with older children, smaller children make her nervous and she will grumble but is fine being put in another room and will chill out without issue. So a home with children 10 years plus would be best suited.
Ruby currently is on a diet as she is slightly overweight and needs to lose 2/3kg which we are working on, otherwise, apart from this she is in good health.
