Conclusion

Boulder, CO is home to a few dog parks that allow off-leash dogs to roam. Furthermore, there is an off-leash dog area that isn’t fenced in, where dogs can roam as long as controlled by their owner.

Keep in mind, leash laws are in effect outside of the dog parks. Therefore, when leaving or entering the park, your dog must be on a leash. The off-leash dog area is only designated as part of the park, as well, so you must keep your dog in that area while roaming.
