Madge & Pheobe are 2-9 year old female Chihuahua and Shih Tzu cross Poddle. They came to rescue after being picked up straying together, served their statutory 7 days in a council pound before coming to us after being unclaimed.
Madge is a 3kg chihuahua who we believe to be around 9 years old. Typical Chihuahua that loves a bed and a blanket, enjoys her walks and of course the sunshine!
Madge is a very easy dog and would make a great companion. Madge is fine to be left for a reasonable amount of time without issues.
Madge is dog friendly. Pheobe is believed to be a Shih Tzu cross Poodle and guess she to be around 2 years old, she is a very easy dog and would fit into most homes.
Pheobe is very good around children and loves to play. There is some nervousness with Pheobe with busy traffic but she is coming on well in foster with this.
This girl would love nothing more than to be near you all the time, having said that she is fine to be left for a reasonable amount of time with no issues.
Pheobe is dog friendly but we are looking for a cat-free home. Ideally, we’d like Pheobe to join a household with a neutered playful dog as she loves to play so much.
Pheobe cannot be let off the lead at the moment as she has no recall. Please also consider that she will need regular grooming around every 10-12 weeks. We would like these two to stay together as they certainly know each other well and take comfort from each other.
